I get asked questions. Here some of the answers…

I started Tree Porn because I love trees. I spent a great deal of my childhood running around forests in the UK and Sweden and South Africa, but have lived in London for over ten years, so I don’t get to see trees as much these days. Beautiful photographs of trees and forests make me feel happy, so I started to collect them here.

The name ‘Tree Porn’ is inspired by Topherchris who made Obama Porn. he may or may not have been inspired by Food Porn. There are many other Porns now. Which is nice.

Almost all of the photographs are not my own and I try to ensure that proper credit is given to photographers wherever possible. If you own one of them and want me to remove it, just let me know.

I also have a personal tumblr, where I mainly post pictures of cute/funny/weird/important things that have no connection other than that I like them.
